Outside of work, Elaine is an avid Astros fan, cherishes time with her six grandchildren, and enjoys playing cards with friends & family.
Manuel Barraz
Relocating to Austin in 1997 to embark on a Master of Architecture at the University of Texas, Manuel's journey began after his construction stint in Boston. Following his academic pursuits, he contributed 12 years to architectural firms before transitioning to construction management in 2014. Manuel has since adeptly led multiple residential and commercial projects to fruition, ranging from eateries and shops to office spaces. His background is complemented by a graduation from Brown University in 1994.

Rooted in Austin for the majority of her life, Shelby is passionate about shaping our city’s landscape with integrity and innovation. With 7 years of operations and administrative experience, she brings proficiency and thrives on delivering excellence. Having worked on the fund side of real estate, Shelby is excited about advancing her knowledge of the construction sector, ensuring a holistic understanding of the industry. Outside of work, Shelby finds joy in reading, exploring the outdoors, and cherishing moments with her husband and their dogs.
Nathan Wood
Nathan is our Junior Project Manager at Abode Modern Homes. Nathan studied Design Engineering Technologies at the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Western Michigan University. From owning his own carpentry business to serving as a Lead Carpenter, Nathan’s background is rich in project management expertise. His dedication extends beyond the workplace, as he has contributed to rebuilding local daycares and community centers for youth.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time outdoors and indulges his passion for detailing cars. With his diverse skill set, Nathan plays a pivotal role in driving our projects forward with precision and passion.
Drew Campbell
With 23 years in residential construction, Drew has seen it all, from foundation pours to final touches. He is passionate about bringing clients' visions to life, ensuring quality and exceeding expectations throughout the process. He believes in open communication and collaboration, and is fortunate to have learned from some exceptional mentors along the way.
When he’s not on the job, he's enjoying family time with his wife and kids, staying active, and volunteering in the community. Building strong relationships and giving back are just as important to him as building quality homes.
Hannah Rondan
Hannah seamlessly integrates a diverse skill set honed from years of experience in client-facing roles. Drawing from multiple backgrounds, she adeptly manages the day-to-day operations of our office. She has a knack for communication and organization ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional client care.
Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys outdoor activities, including bouldering, hiking, and paddle boarding.
